The relaunch of G1 Group’s flagship venue, The Corinthian, is to be promoted by The BIG Partnership.

The Glasgow office of the PR consultancy has been tasked to devise a communications programme which will support G1 Group ahead of the relaunch of the Glasgow venue, as well as during and after the launch.

The Corinthian located within the heart of Glasgow’s city centre, has been closed for refurbishment for over a year.

Consumers across Scotland, the UK and Europe will be targeted by BIG in an effort to raise the profile of the venue, while the brief will also see the agency create partnerships with business organisations in Scotland.

The account, which was won following a competitive pitch process, will be overseen by account director Kelly Paterson.

Neil Gibson, director for BIG, said: “It’s an exciting time to be involved with the G1 Group as it embarks upon an ambitious refurbishment programme that will not only cement The Corinthian Club’s position at the heart of Glasgow’s social scene but attract a broader audience.

“Having had the privilege to see inside The Corinthian Club as the works progress, the design and craftsmanship is of outstanding quality.”
