North west Business club Downtown Liverpool in Business is to look to continue its development strategy following the appointment of PR consultancy Paver Smith to provide media and member relations support as it aims to expand its network of professionals.

The club, led by chairman Frank McKenna, has become a lobbying group which operates as a link between the region’s private and public sector, while also aiming to provide networking opportunities.
