It's the final day of The Drum's Power 100 countdown. Find out who made the top 20.

The Drum’s Power 100 aims to identify those in the marketing services industry across the UK that hold significant influence in the sector. But it’s not just what we think that counts...

Over recent months, The Drum has been polling the industry to help compile this list of agency individuals that are held in high regard by their peers. Sometimes even by their staff too.

There are some surprise names on the final list. And some surprise omissions also. But having compiled a long-list of nominations, we posted them on The Drum website and asked our readers to vote for those that they felt should come top of the list.

The aim was to rank the most powerful marketing and creative heads in the regions. The criteria was to determine those with the most influence, profile, responsibility, experience and knowledge. And those who control the future of the industry, those that hire and fire, wine and dine and those that are instrumental in attracting client investment to their agency and, more importantly, their region...

Client side individuals have not been included in this poll as it was decided that clients could not be polled under the same criteria as agency bosses, due to agencies' reliance on client business. A separate poll of brand bosses and marketing chiefs will follow later this year.

For this poll, though, each reader was allowed one vote. However, some Powerful hopefuls used their initiative, and the power of social media, to campaign for their inclusion. And, as such, a number have engineered their rise up the poll. However, they did supply readers of The Drum’s website and their Facebook followers an amusing dialogue – which, at one time (in the case of Newhaven’s Gareth Howells and Realise’s Don Smith), even took the form of a political poster advertising campaign.

So, with campaigning over and following a test of the criteria to each individual included in the poll, the final list was arrived at. See the entire top 100, and find out if you made the list, on the Power 100 website.
