Haribo has appointed Walker Media to its £2m UK media planning and buying account, dislodging incumbent Mediaedge:cia Manchester.

The London-based agency was appointed after a four-way pitch.

Haribo returned to TV screens last year in a campaign by Quiet Storm. Its ad ran on Channel 4, E4, Film 4, Five, Fiver and ITV2, as well as in cinemas.

The confectionery brand is expected to return to TV with a new campaign this year.
