Utilities company Scottish Power is to hold a pitch for its direct marketing account, currently held by Tangible Communications.

The Drum understands that the client is speaking to six agencies, two of which are from London, along with one from Manchester, one from Leeds, one from Newcastle and one from Scotland, possibly the incumbent, which will see the successful agency handle a variety of traditional DM campaigns including mail direct mail packs, door drops and page inserts.

The process is being handled by intermediary Creative Brief and is expected to be concluded before the end of July.

Tangible Communications has held the account since 2004.
