Platinum One closes losing six staff
Sports and events agency Platinum One has been placed into administration which has meant the loss of six members of staff.
The company, which was run by former Scotland rugby International players Gavin and Scott Hastings had offices in both Edinburgh and Dublin.
The two have been involved with Platinum One since they bought over Hastings International four years ago which has seen them twice arrange for Barcelona to play pre-season friendly matches in Scotland.
The company was also set to bring Real Madrid to Ireland this summer.
It is understood that Scott will be among the six staff members who have departed.
