NHS North East appoints Different to regional campaign
The NHS has appointed Different to create a campaign for North East England promoting the need for better basic hygiene to prevent the spread of seasonal diseases.
The £120,000 campaign will stress that good hand hygiene and using tissues to 'catch' coughs and sneezes is essential to the control of infection and the most effective way of stopping the spread of colds and flu.
Last year the Department of Health launched the national campaign, 'Catch it, bin it, kill it' to raise awareness of the need for good hygiene. NHS North East aims to build on this work with integrated TV, online and experiential activity planned for launch in September.
