Paver Smith to launch internal training adademy

Paver Smith is to launch a PR training academy for its staff after eight months of planning.

The 42-module programme has been developed internally and covers craft skills, management and leadership.

The academy will begin later in the year.

Dougal Paver, managing director of Paver Smith, explained: “Our most compelling point of difference is our team so the debate about where we allocate our resources was always going to be a short one.”

Paver continued: “We promise people careers and this is about demonstrating that we keep our word. I expect it to be a key plank in our competitiveness going forward and can see it evolving and growing in the future.”
