Worthing-based agency Fresh Egg, has secured a hat trick of business wins from Norwich Union, Liberty and Visit Wales.

With the development of a new company website under way, Norwich Union wanted to make it easier for customers to find information about the company’s products and services across its three business units: Norwich Union Life, Health Care and General Insurance. Fresh Egg developed a set of SEO best practice guidelines for all parties involved in the new company-wide website and delivered workshops to determine project requirements and educate Norwich Union staff on SEO best practice procedures.

Liberty, the iconic London store, selected Fresh Egg to handle online marketing for the company’s newly launched e-commerce website. Fresh Egg will manage SEO and Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising for the Liberty website, which will allow customers to easily access and order the product range. In addition, Fresh Egg developed the Liberty blog, which will be used to inform visitors of the latest news, events and offers associated with the website and store.

Meanwhile, Visit Wales, the organisation that took over the functions of the former Wales Tourist Board, has retained the Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) services of Fresh Egg for a further 12 month period. Because Visit Wales is a government-funded body, a full tender-based re-pitch was required after the first year. Fresh Egg’s initial SEO campaign for Visit Wales commenced in October 2007 and delivered a five-fold increase in reach of the Visit Wales site, from 8,000 keyword directions to over 40,000.
