To coincide with England and Wales receiving the dreaded brown envelope with GCSE and Alevel results, Perfect Storm Digital Marketing have launched a new online campaign for distance learning client ICS.

A traditionally busy time of year for ICS, driven by those who perhaps didn't get the grades they needed, ICS offer Alevel and GCSE course for many that need to resit and of course the opportunity for those that want to gain their qualifications now, a bit later on in life.

The 'What Next' campaign utilises an information rich microsite created by Perfect Storm as the main destination for the campaign, driving traffic via highly targeted content ads on facebook, external email marketing and of course paid search and SEO.

Vivienne MacLaren MD of Perfect Storm: "The range of courses and target audiences offered by ICS means that it is almost a dream come true for us in terms of coming up with different digital campaigns when required, as well as core activity which runs throughout the year. Targeting 16-20 year olds is no mean feat but we are confident that our combination of online channels will push the ICS message out far and wide."

"We wanted to try and give people some advice and guidance at this time of year which can be a real crossroads for those that don't get what they need to gain entry to higher education," added Brigitte Read, head of marketing at ICS.

"Of course, there are many ICS students who after leaving school years ago without qualifications, now want to sit these exams. The flexibility of distance learning, full tutor support and ICS's vast experience offers a strong alternative not only to going back to school to resit but also the option to consider a distance learning degree with ICS."
