Charteredbrands will now trade as Three Sixty Brands under the control of a new senior team following a successful management buy-out.

Charteredbrands will now trade as Three Sixty Brands under the control of a new senior team following a successful management buy-out. Home to FMCG brands including Limelite, Frish, Filetti, Sqezy, Glist, Tiger Tim, Duraflame and White Satin Gin, Three Sixty Brands will be headed up by new managing director Philip Craig who will lead the senior management team.

The deal has been funded by Glasgow-based investment specialists Symphony Corporate Limited. Outgoing managing director Glen Gribbon will be working closely with the new team over the course of the next three months to ensure a smooth transition.

Based in Edinburgh, Three Sixty Brands employs eighteen people and provides complete brand management and value chain functions, focussing on the UK and Ireland. Three Sixty Brands has built a strong reputation for realising significant financial returns on brands which have included the phenomenally successful Pomegreat, the UK’s fastest growing juice drink, & the Vitsmart range of enriched waters, recently sold to AG Barr.

The company’s approach nurtures each product extending through services from procurement and production to sales and marketing. Their investment and expertise have been key to reinvigorating the untapped value of numerous household & drinks FMCG brands with high growth potential. In addition Three Sixty has introduced a number of new products to the UK market such as the revolutionary designed POW firelighters.

Three Sixty managing director Philip Craig brings more than 25 years of senior management and marketing experience to the role. A former board member for JBB Greater Europe and a key player in the team that formed Maxxium Worldwide, Craig has an accomplished history in developing businesses and driving growth and is confident that Three Sixty Brands will continue to prosper: “Built on the foundations of a superb portfolio of brands and an expert and experienced team, this represents an exciting new chapter for the business.
