Frame has spent this week celebrating having won a gong at this year’s Marketing Excellence awards in London.

The agency was the only Scottish winner on the evening, picking up the International Development Award SME for its work with client Berry Bros & Rudd for malt Whisky brand, The Glenrothes.

Collecting the award on the evening was Gillian McGhee, account director at Frame, who wrote the winning paper alongside Luke Tegner, marketing manager from Berry Brothers and Rudd.

As the brand didn't have budget for advertising, the agency implemented a global word of mouth marketing strategy, resulting in The Glenrothes becoming the world’s fastest growing single malt whisky.

This is the first time a Scottish agency has won at the UK Marketing Society awards.
