Emperor will produce maiden annual reports for the two companies which both received entry to AIM London Stock Exchange’s international market for smaller growing companies, last year.
Caza Oil & Gas, is an oil and gas exploration and production company based in Texas which works with on-shore assets across three US States, including Louisiana, Texas and New Mexico.
AOI Medical is a Florida-based technology company specialising in the development and commercialisation of innovative orthopaedic medical devices for spine and trauma patients.
AOI Medical and Caza join Emperor’s expanding North American portfolio of businesses, attracted by the agency’s experience. Other US clients include developer IdaTech and Fuel Cell Systems in Oregon.
