Bright 3D, formed following an MBO from its joint venture partners Navyblue Design, has unveiled visuals for the newly created Oman Botanic Garden, located in the Arabian desert.

The 425-hectare garden is over three times the size of Kew Gardens and has been commissioned at the behest of the Sultan of Oman. The Botanics will display the only complete collection of native Omani plants.

Bright 3D has a team of designers working on the project with a remit to design and create all the interpretive content, such as interactive exhibits, 3D displays, audio visual presentations and guided tours.

Bright 3D is working with Navyblue which is designing the graphic content, communications material and the Oman Botanic Garden website.

Ewan McCarthy, creative director of Bright 3D said: “We are working in dual languages, Arabic as well as English, which presents some interesting challenges when certain words such as ‘Botanic’ don’t exist in Arabic.”
