Heart of Midlothian Football Club has announced it is to become the first club in Scotland to trial LED digital advertising during the forthcoming Clydesdale Bank Premier League fixture against Hibs at Tynecastle on Saturday.

The Edinburgh-based football club have agreed an initial one-match trial with digital advertising specialists The ADI Group and sold a significant proportion of the advertising space available to clients.

Commercial manager Ross Easton commented, “We’re delighted to have secured another ‘first’ for Hearts in Scotland with the trial of LED digital advertising boards for the forthcoming fixture against Hibs.

“We’re keen to exploit all commercial opportunities and we’re sure that using digital advertising is likely to be a successful way to progress.

“We’re delighted to be working with The ADI Group for the implementation of the boards for the Hibs match, and look forward to developing a successful relationship with them in the future.”

LED digital advertising uses moving graphics rather than traditionally fixed or static logos for advertising boards.
