Responding to survey results from existing Adobe Creative Cloud members, Adobe has launched an on-demand online series to inspire, educate and motivate creatives to push their designs to the next level.

Adobe challenges creatives to get out of their comfort zone

Survey data shows that existing users find the breadth of software available has boosted the quality of work produced and drastically improved their workflow. Creative Cloud has also allowed agencies to reduce the amount of work they outsource, improving their bottom line. However, members also felt that their knowledge of the extensive range of tools available was lacking and required guidance on how to improve their workflow and take advantage of what they already have available.

As part of the survey, members highlighted the need to use mobile apps as part of their workflow however found it hard to connect these with desktop apps. The online series depicts how every member can seamlessly switch between mobile and desktop apps to improve workflow. Meagan Keane recommends using the mobile app Premiere Clip to create, edit, sync and share your video projects on the move.

Photographer Karl Taylor discusses the popular element of retouching an image and how Photoshop should be used as a way to enhance rather than recreate. As a top tip to photographers he suggests to review the lighting and positioning before the photo is captured and use the creative tools in Photoshop to make those final tweaks.

The survey underlined the demand to know more about exactly what is available to members and the hidden gems waiting to be uncovered. Creative agency, Snask outline how illustrator is a great app to use to create vectors and make your designs come to life.
