Acura is launching the first-ever in-app vehicle customizer on Instagram Stories, where users can build their personalized 2019 ILX sports sedan from the @Acura handle: www.instagram.com/acura.

To create their dream ILX, Instagram users can build their own vehicle using the Acura ILX sticker pack which includes wheels, accessories, A-Spec packaging and more. Acura has also partnered with top Giphy artists to create modern and unexpected sticker animations to be featured along with their custom ILX. Acura will also repost the very best ILX creations through the brand’s social channels by tagging @Acura and #ILX within Instagram Stories.

To generate buzz and awareness among Instagram Stories users, Acura has collaborated with top Instagram influencers and GIPHY artists to create unique stories and stickers that incorporate the ILX. Among the Instagram influencers participating in the campaign are artists Pablo Rochat (@Pablo.Rochat) and Sean Charmtz (@sean_charmatz). GIPHY artists who have collaborated with Acura on creating stickers for the ILX customizer include Lucy Turnbull (@Lucyturnbull) and Dieselraptor (@dieselraptor), each commanding over one billion views of their GIPHY stickers.
