Can You Solve the Riddle? by Mindspace

In 2020 we may ask, is gender equality in the workplace really an issue today? Haven’t we moved past that?

To explore this question, Mindspace filmed 22 individuals and interviewed 100 in total. The answers were all the same.

In a recent survey Mindspace also revealed that across the board in the UK and US women are not as happy to go to work as men, and that they are generally less engaged than men at work. Reason provided were not being paid enough or not feeling heard amongst others.
