Malaysian Mental Health Association (MMHA) aims to educate Malaysian about the importance of mental health by highlighting the challenges that most Malaysians face such as excessive work stress, relationship issues and “feeling moody”.

MMHA has collaborated with Universal McCann, IPG Mediabrands’ media agency and creative agency Ensemble Worldwide to unveil the six-week long campaign which first began as a CSR event under UM Impact Day.
