With their latest 30-second spot, Ikano Bank’s babies charm their way into the heart of Swedish business managers.

The target group for the advertising is small businesses that want to develop, but lack the funding. Traditionally advertising towards business owners features good-looking models, posing in flashy offices, boasting about their own success. Ikano Bank chose to focus on the feeling of being too small in the world of business. Instead of regular models, a group of one-year-old babies were dressed in costume made business suits and adult wigs.

The agency built an entire office in the scale of 2:1 - so that the miniature world would both look and feel authentic. And then the babies got to interact with each other, using the photocopier, chatting by the water cooler - and of course sharing a moment of fika in the kitchen. In a 30-second spot, we see how the babies struggle to perform their work tasks due to their size, and the message is that Ikano Bank can help business owners grow faster.
