blu has launched a new global brand and marketing campaign, “Just You & blu”, created by London advertising agency The Corner.

Launching ahead of proposed United Kingdom Government legislation that could outlaw e-cigarette and electronic vapor advertising in line with rules applied to traditional tobacco products starting May 20, the ads focus on five individuals – a motorcyclist, a comedian, a drag queen, a model and a pilot – who represent independent spirits carving their own path in life and enjoying blu along the way. The campaign consists of 90, 60 and 30 sec films in addition to beautiful black and white imagery that is simple and timeless.

The campaign airs across the United Kingdom, United States, Italy and France, and will feature television and cinema commercials, print ads and billboards, as well as digital and social content. The Corner was appointed global lead creative agency for blu in January. Media has been handled by MSix.
