'One of The Family' is BBC Creative’s latest campaign for Radio 2, directed by Max Seidentopf. One in four people in the UK listen to Radio 2 and in lockdown, that figure rose even higher.

With Radio 2 on so much in people’s homes, we thought the presenters might start to feel just like one of the family. The Creative team behind it, Adam Reincke and Sarah Fox were inspired by the awkward family photos from the 80s and 90s which is a nostalgic time for the audience. They shot with real families, pushing their quirks and creating a narrative around them, then revealed Radio 2 presenters had joined the family.
