Frustrated husband's sex diary goes viral on Reddit
A frustrated husband has become the subject of a viral Reddit post after his meticulous log of his sex life was posted onto the social networking site.
Frustrated at a lack of action on the bed sheets the unnamed man sought succour from a spreadsheet instead, by compiling a list of his wife’s excuses for refusing sex over the course of a month.
This was subsequently posted to Reddit by his angry wife, who wrote: "My husband [M26] sent me [F26] an immature, inflammatory email as I was driving to the airport for a 10-day work trip. Now he has cut contact."
The detailed analysis documented every brush off over the course of a few weeks, with responses ranging from ‘I feel gross,’ to ‘I’m watching the show’, a repeat of an old Friends episode.
Over a period ranging from 3 June to 16 July the husband succeeded three times, but was met with 25 rebuttals inbetween, albeit with a varied selection of excuses, ranging from ‘I’m too drunk and I ate too much’ too ‘I might be getting sick’ and the old staple, ‘I’m too tired’.
To add further flavour to the document the husband went to the trouble of annotating some of the excuses with his own observations, including ‘I won’t have time to get showered and ready for dinner’ (we were 20 mins early) and ‘I just came back from the gym, I feel gross’ (didn’t shower until next morning).
The anonymous man then emailed his handiwork to his other half as she left on a 10 day business trip.
