Hearst-owned global digital agency, iCrossing UK, has announced the appointment of Mark Bell as their Head of Experience Transformation Strategy in a bid to reinforce their commitment to transforming brand experiences into superior business outcomes

Bell, a seasoned professional with over 25 years of success uniting brands and their intended audiences through commercially effective experiences, brings a wealth of expertise to this new role. Previously serving as the Head of Experience Planning at AMV BBDO and as a Partner at Globant, he played a pivotal role in the nationwide digital transformation of the UK police force, impacting all 43 police forces across the country. He also devoted 12 years of his career to Inside Ideas Group as Chief Experience Officer, contributing to transformative initiatives for renowned clients.

In his new capacity at iCrossing, Mark will partner with clients to establish a vision for a unified brand experience based on business opportunities, marketing goals, and human insights. His role will be instrumental in fostering deep client relationships to drive experience transformation initiatives that deliver real business outcomes.
