Snowball fights, Olaf and Yoda all form part of Lego’s fun festive campaign.

The Lego Group has dropped its Christmas ad, which this year follows an epic snowball fight aimed at showing kids that playing with Lego is their superpower.

The 30-second ad features Frozen’s Olaf and sees a granny avoid the hit of a snowball by using the force of Lego Yoda.

Lego’s in-house agency created the campaign with collaboration from Accenture Song-owned agency Droga5 Dublin.

The holiday ad is part of Lego’s ‘Play is Your Superpower’ series, which launched earlier in the year. The wider campaign aims to show how playing with Lego can transform ordinary moments.

It’s a global campaign that will run across TV, digital, out-of-home, cinema, PR, influencer, social and e-commerce throughout the festive period.
