From DeNiro to DiCaprio, Apple TV+ has all the stars – everyone, except Timothée Chalamet. The young star yearns to strike a deal with the streaming service in its latest ad.

Timothée Chalamet cannot stop thinking about Apple TV+ and its roster of top talent, including Jason Sudeikis in Ted Lasso, Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me and Martin Scorsese’s Killers of the Flower Moon. But, when will Chalamet get his call?

Apple TV+’s latest brand campaign taps the 27-year-old Oscar nominee to spotlight its original content and star-studded roster in a follow-up to last year’s campaign ’Everyone but Jon Hamm,’ in which the actor is personally offended by the lack of his work on the platform.

Now that Hamm has secured his spot, its Chalamet’s turn to be jealous. In the film, the star goes about life – alone at home, at a press conference, on set for a photoshoot. All the while, he fantasizes about Apple TV+’s illustrious projects and fixates on why he doesn’t yet have a role on the platform. “Scorsese, DiCaprio, De Niro,” he laments, as he falls on to the bed and faces the camera with one final plea: “Hey Apple, call me?”

The campaign launches on social channels today and will be broadcasted during the NFL playoffs on January 21. From there, two new bespoke 30-second spots, titled ’Tasteful’ and ’Ladybug,’ will roll out along with another piece made for TikTok.
