US Ad of the Day: Oscar Mayer celebrates ‘12 Days of Oscar’
Hot dog! The Christmas remix nobody asked for has arrived: ‘12 Days of Oscar.’
While bologne, turkey roll-ups and hot dog buns may not make up traditional holiday dining fare, Oscar Mayer’s “Hotdoggers” (or Wienermobile drivers) are ringing in a twist on a holiday classic this year: ‘12 Days of Oscar.’
The new jingle spotlights the brand’s many meaty offerings. Love it or hate it, the song is bound to play on in your head – so much so that one viewer commented on YouTube, “This will live on in my dreams and nightmares for years to come.”
The new jingle can be streamed on Spotify, Apple Music and other platforms. Being the gift that keeps on giving, six Wienermobiles that bear QR codes to the song are currently traveling across the nation as well.
The jingle represents an extension of the brand’s ongoing ‘Keep it Oscar’ platform, which is rooted in bringing levity to everyday stresses.
