Isobar Brazil appoints Ana Leão as new chief executive
Ana Leão joins Isobar Sao Paulo as the agency's new managing director.
She has been in the Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN) for four years, where she worked as head of HUB operations for GM, integrated within Isobar and NBS agencies. Leão has also worked at LMcCann Worldgroup and RC Comunicação. Her arrival at the agency is accompanied by the consolidation of GM's digital account at Isobar.
The announcement comes weeks after DAN announced that Isobar's operations in São Paulo and Brasília would become independent business units, as per CEO DAN Brasil and CEO Isobar Latam, Abel Reis' decision. The office of the agency in Brasilia is under the management of Eliel Allebrandt, who has been in charge of the business unit since AgênciaClick Brasilia, of which he was one of the founding partners in 2000.
Abel Reis said: "Our competitive advantage is underpinned by our culture, strategy and, above all, talents. And Ana Leão is a consolidated leadership within the DAN, with remarkable competence to manage an important operation like Isobar and fundamental disciplines for the new moment of markeitng and communication."
