Godin, the co-founder of book pioneer internet firm yoyodyne, would become Yahoo’s vice president of director marketing as a result the company’s acquisition in 1998.

He has gone on to write numerous titles on the topic of marketing, including Purple Cow, Free Prize Inside and What To Do When It's Your Turn (and it's always your turn).

His blog is one of the most popular in the world while he is also involved in a number of courses offered to business professional all around the world.
