Indian radio network, Big FM has named Shipra Srivastava as national marketing head and Soela Joshi as associate vice president.

Prior to this, Shipra led marketing at OLX and also holds expertise in online and offline content marketing, influencer/celebrity initiatives & trade marketing. At Big FM, she will spearhead the trade and brand marketing efforts for radio.

Asheesh Chatterjee, chief financial officer, Big FM said: "We welcome Shipra Srivastava and Soela Joshi. We are confident of them adding immense value to the respective verticals by leveraging their expertise and contribute in fulfilling the goals of the organization."

Shipra Srivastava said: "Big FM has been able to effectively leverage its radio expertise to digital and deliver successful integrated campaigns. As the national marketing head, I am definitely looking forward to interacting and working with teams across regions and hope to continue the brand legacy and create many more impactful campaigns."

Soela Joshi said: “I am looking forward to leading the regional content portfolio for Thwink, our recently launched content studio and talent incubator. As the business head, I will be working closely with the sales and Thwink team to build IPs across digital and radio. BIG is an encouraging environment to work at and I am looking forward to the opportunity to help grow the IP portfolio.”
