Twitter partners Eleven Sports to livestream Singapore Cup match

Twitter has partnered with Singapore broadcaster Eleven Sports to use its Periscope Producer to broadcast live the 2017 RHB Singapore Cup third-place playoff match between Home United and Hougang United on 25 November, live and free on its platform.

The match can be viewed on the Eleven Sports’ Twitter handle to logged-in and logged-out users on Twitter and connected devices.

“Eleven Sports are thrilled to partner with Twitter to bring the live coverage of the of the Singapore Cup to football fans on Twitter, both in the Lion City and around the world,” said Shalu Wasu, managing director, Eleven Sports Singapore.

“We always looking for ways to increase the reach of our video content and we're excited to see how Twitter's global audience can help us achieve this goal for this live football match and, potentially, other Eleven Sports content.”
