In its hunt for an SEO specialist, following the unveiling of a major expansion of its product portfolio, Experian has appointed digital agency ROAST as natural search experts.
ROAST will help the information services company increase its organic rankings, drive qualified traffic and modify the website to cater for a more diverse audience.
Louise Nickson, marketing director at Experian Consumer Services, said of the appointment: “A vital part of our marketing strategy is building the best in-class SEO – even more so as we venture into new markets and target different audiences. Our business transformation relies on evolving how Google understands our brand; we are no longer a one product offering and I therefore see the appointment of ROAST as an important part of diversifying the perception consumers have of our brand."
“Our main focus is to ensure Experian is not only understood as a brand, but also has a deeper understanding of how its audience acts online to enable Experian to pre-empt their online journey,” Gareth Owen, managing director at ROAST, explained.
Over the course of the last year, Experian Consumer Services has expanded its product portfolio from services focused solely on credit scores, reports and identity, to money comparison services.
