Panasonic has highlighted the power of home cinema with a trailer curating dramatic scenes from ‘the greatest movie you will never see’.

The creative from Brave, Framestore Pictures and the Directors Duo, brings together imagery from four genres of film to screens in 4k.

The campaign runs online and in electronic store screens in the UK, New Zealand and Europe. TVCs will also run in New Zealand.

Amaya Albisu, head of marketing communications at Panasonic Consumer Marketing Europe, said the work builds on 2016’s ‘True to the Director’s Vision’ campaign, by making a connection that is more “visceral and emotional” for the viewer, “by associating the TV range with the cinema that they love”.

Liam Fenton, creative director at Brave, added that most creatives dream of making a big budget movie and this campaign gave them the chance to do so: “We were able to work with the best in the business to create a trailer for four different Hollywood-style features in one, all dramatising the benefits of Panasonic’s 4K HDR performance, it was an unforgettable experience.”
