Johnson & Johnson recommits to MLS and US Soccer as healthcare partner

Major League Soccer and the US Soccer Federation have tied down Johnson & Johnson as their official healthcare partner, extending a deal initiated in 2015.

Men's, Women's and Youth National Teams come packaged in the sponsorship that will culminate in activity around the 2018 World Cup and the 2019 Women's World Cup.

There will be brand integration across numerous channels, including in-stadium and at MLS events.

Maria Eduarda Kertesz, president of US HealthE, said: "We are extending this successful collaboration with the fastest growing sport in America through the United States Soccer Federation and Major League Soccer.

"Through this opportunity, we will bring new occasions for our family of brands to connect to a diverse group of consumers through a significant passion point."

Furthermore, the brand will use the exposure to promote its Donate a Photo app urging the public to connect with charitable causes.
