In the latest food-centric episode of The Drum’s weekly Social Buzz Show, our community manager Adam Libonatti-Roche speaks to freelance social media and digital marketing consultant Fleur McGerr.

This time round, the main topics up for discussion were how to learn the art of customer service on social and why Instagram is the perfect platform for food brands.

During the show, Fleur also revelead how she managed to get a job in the industry after having worked as a copywriter agency-side.

"I've always been good at copywriting," she said, adding: "I think that's one of the key things to know in social media is how to write and turn a phrase and calls to action and all that stuff."
