Customer experience tech company rebrands to become Glassbox

Global technology company Glassbox, formerly known as Clarisite, has unveiled its new brand identity.

The rebrand is supported by a new website and marketing collateral.

Developed in collaboration with creative communications agency AB..., the rebranding exercise is supported by a fresh website and marketing collateral and a global digital marketing strategy that targets senior digital, marketing, IT and Governance professionals.

Glassbox is a digital customer experience solution that allows brands to record and analyse their customer journeys to help optimise conversions and improve user experience. The technology aims to add transparency to digital channels through behavioural analytics, customer support optimisation and digital risk management and compliance. The company has offices in London, New York, Tel Aviv and Sao Paulo, working with global businesses including Axa, Visa and top tier banks.

AB... worked closely with the Glassbox team to understand their business model, specifically their customer demographics and buyer process. Glassbox’s CRM data was utilised to help create a targeted advertising campaign that uses personalised messaging, demographic and location targeting, as well as ensuring engagement across the website, social media and advertising campaigns is clearly tracked to determine ROI.

Audelia Boker, vice president of marketing at Glassbox, said: “We selected AB... as our branding and digital communications agency after an extensive RFP process as they clearly stood out with their diligence and ability to understand our needs and constraints. Partnering with them since then has been an absolute pleasure. We’re confident the creativity and excellence of their work will bring Glassbox the market awareness and demand generation results we’re after.”

Ed Burnand, partner at AB..., said: “I’m delighted and very proud to launch Glassbox. We started working with Clarisite back in November 2015 and we’ve been at full speed to get the brand and naming right and then produce all the necessary collateral for the global launch.

“We’re now working hard with Audelia and the rest of the Glassbox team to drive awareness of the new brand and new customer acquisition. AB... prides itself on an ideas approach combined with a can-do attitude, and we’ve found this is particularly effective for ambitious businesses looking to make a big impact, quickly. Glassbox is a case in point.”

Exeter-based B2B communications agency AB... works with clients including Flybe, BBC, Tesco and Crowdcube.
