Brand Vine Chart: Leonardo DiCaprio's 'awkward handshake' sees Golden Globes take the top spot

The chart is ranked on the number of loops generated by brands on the video sharing service each week.

Top of the chart this week was The Golden Globe Awards, with Leonardo DiCaprio's awkward fist pump/ high five celebration with a fellow guest at this week's award ceremony, with a loop count increase of 542 per cent.

In second place a Vine from Today showing Michael Fassbender's view of the red carpet at the show increased the ceremony's loop count by 61 per cent.

BBC's The Voice UK took bronze this week as superstar Will.i.am spoke with the latest panel member, Boy George, on the corporation's Saturday night primetime show.

Further down the chart were The Guardian, FC Barcelona and Intel.
