Sky latest brand to sign up for IAB Digital Upfronts

For the first time, Sky has signed up to be a partner for the Internet Advertising Bureau (IAB)’s Digital Upfronts event, held in October.

Sky joins BuzzFeed, Facebook, AOL, Microsoft, Google and Yahoo as one of the companies that will participate in the week long programme of events.

Digital Upfronts launched for the first time last year in a bid bring companies together to find new ways of working to exploit the full potential of digital media. It gives some of the biggest names in technology and advertising a platform to highlight their premium offerings to fellow content creators, media owners and tech companies.

For the first time, the IAB will also work with an exclusive media partner; The Drum, to deliver news and insight from each session. Upfronts will take place across various London venues between 16 - 23 October with more details being made available through the IAB Upfronts website.
