Sudler chief creative officer and co-chief executive of Americas, Rob Rodgers has described great creatives as people who can share ideas and inspire.

Speaking to The Drum for the first in a series of interviews with international senior creative professionals, Rogers explained; "Some people just seem to fully formed when they pop out of the womb but as you get older the sign of a great creative is the willingness to share their ideas with others and not to be so protective about the special thing I'm doing and who has the ability to inspire others push the work really hard."

He added that what makes a great junior creative was someone who had "a wild, free spirit" who could also combine ideas together.

Rogers was speaking from the Cannes Festival of Creativity where he was Jury President for the Health Awards.
