Volkswagen Warsaw has kicked off a new marketing campaign to tackle transportation problems and a lack of parking places in its business district.

The Park & Drive campaign comprises a test drive that begins by a consumer’s office and guarantees a parking spot in the crowded business area, also known as 'Mordor' where over 100,000 people work.

For the campaign a Volkswagen driver will secure a parking spot in the early morning when there are still some spaces left and waits for a client. At an agreed time the driver will then pull out and the consumer will then take his spot, followed by a Volkswagen test drive to save time looking for a parking spot.

To enrol for a drive, consumers need to register online a day before, giving a specific hour of the drive and their office address.

Park & Drive includes three Volkswagon models: Jetta, Golf and up! The test drive route leads in the opposite direction to the heavy traffic in the area.

The campaign was co-produced by DDB&tribal Warsaw and a large-scale Volkswagen dealer in Warsaw - Volkswagen Porsche Polczynska.
