Heineken agrees alcohol tie-up deal with Rangers FC
Heineken has announced a brand partnership with Rangers FC which will see it become the official beer and cider provider for the club.
The alcohol company will provide its brands such as Bulmers, Heineken, Strongbow, Kronenbourg and Fosters to the club’s hospitality facities within Ibrox stadium.
John Gemmell, trading director at Heineken Scotland, commented: “We’ll be working closely with the club to help build on hospitality guests’ match day experience, and to ensure that those who chose to enjoy a beer or cider will benefit from great choice and quality.
“We’ll also bring our knowledge and unrivalled track record in promoting the responsible enjoyment of our brands.”
Heineken is currently the official alcohol sponsor of the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games.
