British menswear brand Hackett has launched a new hub providing advice, style and personal stories around weddings aimed specifically at men.

Named The Stag, the platform, which sits on the Hackett website, will feature content surrounding every aspect of planning and attending a wedding, including the stag do, and is aimed at pushing the menswear and tailoring brand’s offering to a broader audience.

A spokesperson for Hackett explained the “predominantly one-sided landscape” of wedding advice from which The Stag emerged.

"When you search online, the breadth of information and advice to guide women through to their big day and beyond is incredible, but you could almost believe that men play no part in a wedding at all.

"You could certainly be led to believe they aren't faced with as many issues as women in the build-up to the day, and that they don't appreciate just as much inspiration and expert advice to help them make it a day to be proud of.”

The hub will feature a ‘Meet the Grooms’ section, alongside checklists and a “healthy dose of classic British humour”.

The Stag will be regularly updated and seeks to be the “definitive resource” for grooms.
