A new Cadbury’s ice cream campaign has launched to promote the brand’s ice cream stick range in the run up to summer.

Created by Big, the campaign has a £1m media spend, with a 30-second TV ad being the main focal point, while social media activity will look to drive engagement around the #FreezeTheJoy hashtag.

Charlotte Hambling, senior marketing mangaer with R&R Ice Cream, which manufactures the Cadbury's ice cream range, said: “The new ad stays true to the overall strategic positioning with the ‘freezing’ of joy.”

Big’s Tim Jones (Art Director) and James Cross (Copywriter) scripted and directed the ad which was directed by Guy Soulsby, and produced by The TV Production Office.
