MRY, part of the DigitasLBi family, has announced its new UK management line-up, led by Nadya Powell, previously client partner and chief innovation officer at Dare.

Powell said: “I’m super excited to introduce such a brilliant and diverse management team. What’s great about MRY’s UK offering is that it combines the strategic, creative, media and technology expertise offered by DigitasLBi with the deep social media knowledge of a specialist social agency. It’s what we believe makes MRY the number one choice for 360 degree social in the UK.”

Powell is joined by DigitasLBi’s former head of communications strategy, Alex Jeffries, who now becomes strategy partner for MRY, while Jacqui Pennington has been appointed as client services partner.

Former DigitasLBi creative directors Gav Gordon-Rogers and Gemma Butler join MRY in the same roles, while Darcie Tanner, who was previously head of social media management, EMEA at DigitasLBi, becomes MRY’s head of social operations, and Ashley Kenerson becomes head of insights for both MRY and DigitasLBi.

Anil Pillai, UK CEO at DigitasLBi, said: “MRY is a great addition to the DigitasLBi family in the UK. I’m thrilled that Nadya has been able to build a senior team of such exceptional individuals, all leaders in their respective fields.”

Pillai will now also become chairman of MRY.
