Vileda appoints INK Digital for viral video launch

Home cleaning supplier Vileda has appointed award winning Yorkshire digital agency INK Digital to launch its latest UK viral video campaign.

Having already established a strong presence on Facebook and Twitter, Vileda is now hoping to exploit the potentially viral nature of YouTube with the new campaign, which features a selection of funny videos.

Vileda met with a number of agencies in order to determine the best possible engagement strategy for the brand's first viral campaign before selecting INK Digital.

Emma Crosland, trade & digital marketing manager at Vileda, commented: “Our first viral campaign on the 1,2 Spray Mop shows a softer side to the Vileda brand and allows us to engage with our fans in a fun and positive way. We chose INK Digital as we were impressed with their approach and their excitement for the project.”

INK Digital will launch Vileda’s video campaign at the end of April to promote the Vileda 1,2 Spray Mop.
