English Heritage appoint Bray Leino to help grow membership as charity restructure plans continue
English Heritage has tasked with Bray Leino with growing its membership after the agency won a competitive pitch to become the organisation’s integrated direct marketing agency.
Appointment: Bray Leino won the account
The appointment comes amid government plans to split English Heritage, with the management of more than 400 historical sites to come under the remit of a new independent charitable trust which will retain the English Heritage name, and other functions such as dealing with planning applications and listed building status remaining within the government.
Luke Whitcomb, English Heritage marketing director, said: “We are ambitious and confident about the growth potential of the English Heritage consumer brand. The Bray Leino team demonstrated a clear understanding of these objectives, and have the skills and the experience in managing change to help us deliver them.”
English Heritage aims to have the new charity up and running by 2015.
