Profero appoints Eloise Smith as executive creative director

Profero has announced the appointment of Eloise Smith, previously creative director at Havas Worldwide London, as ECD.

Smith replaces Ben Clapp, and will work closely with the agency's CEO, Dale Gall and MD, Buster Dover to drive and grow Profero's creative output across all clients including M&S, Revlon and the BBC.

She said: "I'm hugely excited to be joining Profero. They're an agency massively on the up, with a cracking management team, a fantastic existing client base and some great creative opportunities in their new wins for Revlon and the BBC."

Previous to Havas, Smith worked at RKCR/ Y&R, St Luke's, AKQA and Work Club.
