London’s Air Ambulance has launched an appeal for donations to mark its 25th Anniversary.

Supported by Ocean Outdoor, which has given the charity premium airtime across five of its London digital outdoor sites, the adverts ask Londoners to donate to the charity and help fund a second urgently needed helicopter.

“Hundreds of Londoners owe their lives to this life saving charity. It’s an incredibly worthy cause which will benefit people for years to come. We urge the wider media and advertising industries, and the people of London, to get behind this vital service and give what they can,” said Ocean Outdoor marketing director Richard Malton.

The creative, titled 'Blood Thames', was developed pro-bono by Feref while Art & Graft handled the production.

Ocean Outdoor has worked with the London’s Air Ambulance for more than a year and this new campaign is the first in a series planned for 2014.
