TBCH, the Omnicom-owned digital and direct marketing agency, has named Emma Rush as CEO. She takes over from Steve Grout, who earlier this year left to head up another digital agency.

Rush has joined from Baber Smith, where she had been managing director for the past two years. Prior to that she spent 14 years at Omnicom’s Proximity London where she was director of client services.

“Emma has extensive agency leadership experience and an impressive background in managing senior relationships for clients across all sectors,” said Brian Curran, chief operations officer, CRM, Diversified Agency Services.

“Emma’s background makes her ideal for TBCH, which occupies a unique place in the UK market, as a boutique agency within a network. We’re delighted Emma has returned to Omnicom.”

Rush, who has been tasked with leading the agency into its next phase of growth, will work with TBCH clients including Three, Red Cross and Royal Mail.
