A TV spot for Ice Break drawing on the fabled iconography of the Mad Max films has debuted, designed by Sydney agency The Monkeys.

The campaign, ‘The Dust’ was trailed an launched via Facebook featuring the slogan “One Ice Break…and a shitload of dust.”

The TV, cinema and online campaign features desert battles, trucks, and the iconic Ford Falcon, driven my Max in two of the feature films.

The spot features a runner in a desert battle against a car, a truck, a motorbike - and even a fighter jet.

The spot was directed by Paul Middleditch.
